EMORY WOGENSTAHL – Securities Attorney

Emory C. Wogenstahl is an attorney with diverse legal experience in private practice and as well as corporate counsel. He has extensively advised startups and small businesses on business formation and structure, management agreements, employment contracts, investor agreements and regulations, and international transactions. He has worked on everything from articles of incorporation to franchise and licensing agreements, global manufacturing contracts, million-dollar real estate deals, and the sale and acquisition of majority ownership interest in a large fitness company.

Emory is passionate about helping entrepreneurs, developers, venture capitalists, and investors navigate the complex environment of business and transactional law. He provides comprehensive legal counsel as clients receive capital investments, protect and license their intellectual property, and expand into domestic and international markets. His international experience ranging from Europe to the Middle East to Asia, combined with knowledge of the legal environment in which businesses operate, allows him to provide unique legal insights for his clients.

Beyond his legal pursuits, Emory serves as a Military Intelligence Officer in the US Army National Guard. He is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Inherent Resolve with two successful deployments in Egypt and Iraq. His significant military experience includes strategic level analysis and conducting intelligence investigations, always using his legal knowledge to ensure compliance with government laws and regulations.

Emory is a resident of Seattle and enjoys taking advantage of the outdoor activities nearby. He is an avid scuba diver and enjoys traveling in search of new adventures.
