Andrew G. Morabito, Esq. is a Registered Patent Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Andrew received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute of Technology) and received his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire (formerly Franklin Pierce Law Center).
During Andrew’s legal career, he has personally worked with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to solo inventors and understands each individual clients’ needs. Serving clients throughout the world, Andrew has experience in conducting patentability searches, freedom to operate analyses, drafting and prosecuting both utility and design patents for electrical, computer software, computer hardware, internet technologies, telecommunication, medical technologies, semiconductors, manufacturing processes, mechanical devices, and consumer products. Andrew enjoys helping startup businesses with all their legal and intellectual property needs, ranging from business formation to trademark registration.
Andrew is admitted to practice in New York State, the United States District Court of the Western District of New York, and is also registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
